By purchasing any extensions from j2t-design.net you agree to the following agreement:

We are the copyright holder of the Software. The Software or a portion of it is a copyrightable matter and is liable to protection by the law. Any activity that infringes terms of this Agreement violates copyright law and will be prosecuted according to the current law. We reserve the right to revoke the license of any user who is holding an invalid license.

You may not use any part of the code in whole or part in any other software or product or website.

You may not give, sell, distribute, sub-license, rent, lease or lend any portion of the Software or Documentation to anyone. You may not place the Software on a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet for distribution purposes.

You are bound to preserve the copyright information intact withing J2T-DESIGN extensions files.

We reserve the right to publish a selected list of buyers of our Software.

We will not be liable to you for any damages (including any loss of profits/saving, or incidental or consequential) caused to you, your information and your business arising out of the use or inability to use this Software.

We are not liable for prosecution arising from use of the Software against law or for any illegal use.

If you fail to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, it constitutes a breach of the agreement, and your license to use the program is revoked.

J2T-DESIGN reserves the right to change this license agreement at any time and impose its clauses at any given time.

License agreement remains effective until terminated. We retain the right to terminate your license to use the Software at any time, if in its sole discretion, you are not abiding by the terms of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, obscuring or removing any link or copyright notice as specified in this agreement. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. Termination of this Agreement does not bind us to return you the amount spent for purchase of the Software.

If you continue to use the Software after J2T-DESIGN gives you notice of termination of your license, you hereby agree to accept an injunction to enjoin you from its further use and to pay all costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees) to enforce our revocation of your license and any damages suffered by us because of your misuse of the Software.

We provide our customers with free upgrades of the product they buy, limited to the product version branch and to the edition bought. It means, that buying a product version y.X.z gives right to receive free updates for the version branch X. (X.z). Buyers have to contact the support to be able to get an upgrade.

4 types of license could be available:

  • NORMAL LICENSE: 1 license for usage on one store (multiple store usage is not allowed unless sharing the same products and customers over all stores) + free upgrades for the same branch
  • ADVANCED LICENSE: 3 licenses (for 3 stores) + free upgrades for the same branch for theses licenses
  • UNLIMITED LICENSE: designed to be used for unlimited domains and stores. Free upgrades are available for the version branch bought
  • XTEND LICENSE: unlimited domains and stores + 3 branches further upgrades available
    Technical support option is necessary if you need assistance during installation of modules. It includes assistance during installation procedures and we can provide customization of modules, which would be created according to your e-commerce installation.

If Technical support option is not bought, the customer understand that any fixing issues resulting to theme or other module conflicts will need to be handled by his own services.

While the customer decide not to take paid support, we provide Free support. Free support consists of giving directions to the clients in order to help finding a solution to problems that can arise. However, free support doesn’t allow the customer to benefict from professional ftp files review as well as admin access to your e-commerce installation.

Free support duration is 1 year but can be extended by taking paid support (technical support option) at any time or by purchasing new branch version.

While taking paid support option, if solution is not provided within 3 working days, after having received full ftp access as well as admin access to your e-commerce installation, support cost is refunded to you.

While taking free support option, if we are not able to give appropriate directions towards finding a solution, the customer has to handle the investigations by his own services and J2T Design cannot be responsible. Although, Paid support can be bought as separate order.

While processing professional installation, our team requires full ftp access as well as admin credentials to your server, in order for us to create an installation environment of your site on our server. You acknowledge that J2T Design will use your files only for technical purpose and will not use them for any other reasons than installation of our module. J2T Design will not access to any confidential information and will not use them. You give J2T Design authorization to keep your files on our server for a duration that will be internally decided. Our installation environment servers are only accessible within the company and will never be placed on any servers that could be accessible from the internet. After having done the installation and all necessary tests on our server, we will process to the installation and tests on your own server.

Negative feedbacks on our website or other website cannot be placed or validated base on sales placed without technical support option; as our modules or other modules can have different and/or strange behaviours while working with custom themes and other modules, and modifications may need to be made on our modules or other modules and/or themes.


As you are buying downloadable products, you are not untitled to money refund, unless you have not downloaded the software. To request a refund please submit a request containing your Transaction ID. Please note, we do not provide money backs on installation and customer services such as technical support.
