This magento extension allow category schedule. During a specified duration, the module activates categories according to starting and ending date & time.

INSTALLATION GUIDE
Uncompress module to your magento root directory.
Flush your magento cache.
Log out and log back to admin
Please note that when testing the module, not action is taken if your admin user is logged. You must log out from admin or use a different browser (without any admin user logged) to allow the module to verify if it is necessary to activate/deactivate categories.
Also note that if you want a category to be always active, you must remove schedule data from a category and activate the category.
